[Dxspider-support] Frequency Rounding Error

Dirk, when a change like this is made, do I have to stop the cluster, or can I do the CVS update while it's still running and have the change automatically take effect?

I have undone the change I made. It is obviously causing too much
trouble. I *hate* floating point!
