    Victor, I think that your problem is "CLUSTER",  change it to 
"cluster"  in /etc/ax25/ax25d.conf  file  like you wrote in 
/etc/ax25/axports file

# /etc/ax25/ax25d.conf

# ax25d Configuration File.
#
[K4XTT VIA cluster]
NOCALL   * * * * * *  L
default  * * * * * *  - sysop /home/sysop/spider/src/client client %u ax25



and I also would change the third line route for this    
/spider/src/client client %u ax25   (it's same :) but I prefer this...)
