[Dxspider-support] new console program

In a fit of enthusiasm (as well as a need to learn Gtk), I have put
together the beginnings of a Gtk2 based console program to replace
console.pl

You can try this for yourselves by updating from CVS (this is important
because there are changes in the node software specially for gtkconsole)
and then doing:-

$ cd /spider/gtkconsole
$ ./gtkconsole

For now this should detect your alias and do a login on localhost on the
standard Listener.pm port you have defined.

You can run it against another node by doing:-

$ ./gtkconsole g7brn gb7djk.dxcluster.net 7300

Note that you will not get a particularly good result unless the build
of the node you connect to is sufficiently up to date.

Oh and it works in Windows as well (but you will have to follow the
installation instructions for Gtk2 perl at
http://gtk2-perl.sf.net/win32/ (the ppm repository added from this
page). One of things that is not completely obvious is that you will
also need the native gtk2 libraries from
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html as well (you just need the
libraries, not gimp as well).
