As I interpret ZK1CG/E51CG's message, the E5 prefix is in use now and  
ZK1 will disappear on July 1, so maybe it would be best to wait until  
then to remove ZK1.

South Cook should be the default as that is where nearly all of the  
activity occurs.  I don't know if there are any resident hams in the  
North Cooks (ZK1MA was one but he is now SK).  It occasionally gets  
activated by visitors (mainly during contests).
