[Dxspider-support] Spider won't start after CVS update

This sort of error means that you have been a naughty boy and changed
some of the files in CVS (specifically the prefix_data.pl).

You can see this when you do a CVS update and you get the letter 'C'
before the file name instead of 'U' or 'P'.

Remove the offending file and do another cvs update and it will all work
again.

All the mods to the prefix table should have been done, as well as a few
more suggested by Jim AD1C.
