[Dxspider-support] Moving qsl.v1 to a new install ?

Hi Robert

qsl.v1 is easy to recreate (assuming you moved all of the
/spider/data/spots   to the new PC.)  With spider halted, delete qsl.v1 and
run    /spider/perl/create_qsl.pl     This will totally recreate qsl.v1.
