I really don't know. Actually allowing it is easy enough. However, there
are issues...

1. AX25 connects can't handle it. If you don't connect via ax25 then
that doesn't matter.

2. Other software may barf on protocol with a callsign with a '/' in it.
This is more serious because you and anything you enter (such as spots,
announces etc) would never appear outside your home node.

3. If point (2) applies to other software, a coordinated effort would
have to be made to update essentially everyone - all at once. For
instance: existing DXSpider nodes that don't update would still do point
2 because they *do* check.
