[Dxspider-support] Init with other clusters

DXSpider *never* (ever) sends a PC38. It has never done so. PC38 is no
use to man nor beast and ... and ....

Ok, I have calmed down now. 

What is in the hop_table.pl (and why are you using it)?

Try taking any entries out of the hop table for this node and see what
happens.
