[Dxspider-support] CGI - now to AX25 for D700

That's very close to what I need.  In a different location, where I had 
RF access to the cluster, it would be perfect.  For now I need to 
replace the 'rawconvers' portion with a telnet link.

Maybe a combination of the expect-telnet script plus dxcbcp is the answer.
