Ok - I can now do the CVS update but this is what I get.

Cvs.exe update: move away SpiderConsole/src/SpiderCluster.Java; it is in the
way
SpiderConsole/src/SpiderCluster.Java
Cvs.exe update: move away cmd/accept/announce.pl; it is in the way
C cmd/accept/announce.pl
Cvs.exe update: move away cmd/accept/route.pl; it is in the way
C cmd/accept/route.pl
Cvs.exe update: move away cmd/accept/spots.pl; it is in the way
Error, CVS operation failed

And so on for every file in Spider (in other words the list is massive).
Surely I cannot go deleting files so how can I overcome this?

For those of you running Windows, see if this works for you:

Cd spider
Find . -name "Root" -exec perl -pi -e
's/\@cvs\.sourceforge/\@dxspider.cvs.sourceforge/' '{}' ';'

After this is done, "cvs login" and <ENTER>
