Not certain what has caused this. However,
http://www.dxcluster.org/download/CVSlatest.tgz has now got the newest
CVS Root in it and the simplest thing may well be to overwrite the whole
tree with this tarball.
Doing a cvs update (after the cvs login) should then all work.
