[Dxspider-support] CTY-1610 Contest Country Files

No, it has nothing to do with that. I use CVSlatest.tgz when I upgrade, not
CVS directly. I was really looking for a way to update the country data
without having to update everything and rebooting. I hate to take the
system down, even for a couple of minutes, unless I REALLY have to!

as well as "without having to use CVSlatest.tgz".

Erm...

Is there a problem that I need to know about with updating from either of
these two sources? The latest country files are in CVS and also in
CVSlatest.tgz and there should be no problem with updating from either of
these sources.

Or have you been naughty and altered commands / the program in the cmd /
perl trees instead local_cmd and local trees?
