[Dxspider-support] patch to accept commands in old style...

Hi folks!

The patch allow you to do next things:

1) sh/dx/<qty> <band> e.g. sh/dx/25 20 instead of sh/dx 20 on 20m. 
Spider-style commands also works as before.

2) sh/dx 14 or sh/dx/10 14 instead of  sh/dx on 20m ;)  working only  7, 14, 
18,21, 24,  28,  50, 144, 432, 1296.  Old style commands and sh/dx 40, 20, 
15 etc also works.

For me this is good enough so I did not change anymore.  If someone needs to 
do something else - just do the rest yourself.

To install:
1) backup next files:  spider/cmd/Aliases ,  spider/data/bands.pl , 
spider/perl/DXChannel.pm

2) just stop spider and replace 3 files in as it placed in archive. Restart 
spider - and it works!
