The adminmanual needs to be updated to include the recent CVS  
change.  It still shows:

pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dxspider

instead of:

pserver:anonymous at dxspider.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dxspider

Otherwise the procedure is correct.
