[Dxspider-support] Install prob 2

Hi all,

Ian G0VGS has assured me that everything is ok from last nights posting...so 
I pushed on:

I ignored the AX25 and NETROM stuff and went straight to the bit where you 
edit /etc/services

followed the instructions but I used port 7373.

when it came to telnet localhost 7373 I get Connection refused.

I thought it might be the firewall so I disabled that but still connection 
refused!
