[Dxspider-support] Local Announcements only ?

Hi All,

     Is there a way for a user to set his filters so that they get 
Local Announcements only?  I and another knowledgeable computer type 
have tried every possible combination and permutation of accept/ann 
and reject/ann we could think of with no luck.

     There has to be a way to catch "To ALL" and reject it, or "To 
LOCAL" and accept it.  I've been reading the documentation off and on 
all day and I can't seem to get the right combination.

     This is at the user level -- I know I can turn off all 
Announcements, but some users want to see them.
