[Dxspider-support] No Spots From K1EA

(Fi)ber (O)ptic (S)ervice.  A single optical fiber to your house that can
provide Internet, Video and Telephone.  Marlborough was one of the pilot
cities, but they still haven't pulled the fiber out to my underground
utilities cul-de-sac, even though it is offered on the connecting street
which has above ground utilities.
