There is still quite a lot of ANN's sent to SYSOP when they obviously should not:

To SYSOP de OM2VL: KL7HBK 21.6.07 was from NA40 or na50?
To SYSOP de RZ3DX: KL7HBK NA-050
To SYSOP de OM2VL: rz3dx Thanks! 73 de Laci
To SYSOP de RZ3DX: You wellcome

Running an old version 1.52 at HB9IAC-8 but I can see similar announcements on 
1.54 nodes.
