[Dxspider-support] Double announces

Hi all,
I also seem to be getting double announces.  It would appear that I see 
the announce twice, once as usual and once to sysop.  My users are just 
seeing the original.  It appears to be my local node that is sending it 
but I don't have a file called sysop (that I can fiind).  This is on 
0.102.  I also appear to reconnect PC92 nodes every 24 hours but I have 
not checked over the last couple of days.  I will keep an eye on that.
