Er.. You can't. However, your question highlighted the fact that there
is (or rather was) no help text for sh/bands. There is now. I suspect it
will now (cough) show up...

It was a good way. It now less good (although better than it was so it
no longer takes 50 seconds -> two minutes to give you a result).
There is a newer version of the command called sh/newc/n which will show
you a hierarchical view of the network. You can also do sh/newc <node>
which will show you (at least one) path to a specific node. (I see I
need to do a bit more work on that).
But to see which interfaces the software will use (in order) to get
stuff to somewhere, try sh/route <call> ...
