[Dxspider-support] Strange 4 m spots

Hi,

they are not corrupted files.

In Hungary few stations got temporary experimental license for the 4m 
operation. Unfortunately the Hungarian Telecom Authority assigned 
special call ID's instead of HAM permitting use of ordinary call as 4m 
is not a HAM radio band. Strange enough experimental licence (which is 
not a HAM radio license by the low) do not exclude making contacts with 
HAM radio stations.

70M1XY is operated by HA1XY, 70M5PT by HA5PT, etc. Licence is just 
expiring so ypu will not see these strange Hungarians again.
