Please will you make sure that you login to the other node with the 
exact callsign that is set in $mycall in /spider/local/DXVars.pm and 
also that the other node has exactly the callsign that you think - 
including any SSIDs!

The usual reason this happens (and the timing is very suspicious :-) is 
that one or other of you is pinging the other with the wrong callsign 
(usually with the wrong or absent SSID).

Do a "/spider/perl/watchdbg PC51" in another window, disconnect and 
reconnect. You will see two pairs of PC51s go back and forth just after 
the initial handshake. Check that callsigns + SSIDs...
