when you do sh/nodes

EI7WDX      Spider  54.52 build: 61.533
EI7MRE-8    Spider  5454


the format of version information the nodes I connect to is given
differently from the format of the nodes that connect to me.

EI7MRE and EI7MRE-8 are both running the same version 

Perhaps there is a very good reason for this
