[Dxspider-support] Cluster adverts

What is it with all these clusters that advertise their node within the 
cluster network using ann/full and crontab?  The amount of traffic 
created is getting more and more!  I have just completely reinstalled my 
node and in the first 10 minutes I have set/badspotter on 6 (yes six!) 
advertisers!  Is this *really* necessary guys?
