[Dxspider-support] AX25 setup help / can't compile ax25-tools

Nobody "works" at Debian, it is all a volunteer effort. There are
several hams involved and two of them (K6BP and KB0G) have been
project leaders. The AX25 support is also in those distros derived
from Debian (Ubuntu, etc.) There were some DLs at Suse at one time
(Suse has been sold at least once since then and I am not sure how
well it supports AX25 anymore).
