do a 'set/debug chanerr' and then watch the output from the cluster. You 
can also use the "watchdbg" program to do this from another window (if 
you are using X and the node is running in background).

This will tell why the nodes are not being transferred.

Also check the filters for that node (in this example I shall call the 
other node GB7TLH)

1. check for a specific local filter for the other node:

    sh/filter gb7tlh

2. check for a node default filter

    sh/filter node_default

3. check on the other node to see whether they have an input filter for you:

    rcmd gb7tlh sh/filter
