[Dxspider-support] Daylight Saving Time changes

Hi Group

To avoid windows updating the PC clock for BST/GMT time change the easiest
way is to set you PC time zone to Casablanca, Monrovia, Reykjavik as these
countries don't have GMT /BST time change

Hi Dirk, Lee, and the Group,

Yes it was the change in Daylight Saving Time here in ZL.
I was away from home at the critical moment and so 
was not able to correct the problem immediately.

When time permits I will attempt to remove Local time 
from the Cluster PC and run on GMT only.
