[Dxspider-support] disconnect

Find out if the user has a firewall/router on his connection. I had an
SMC that would loose the NAT entries for telnet sessions after a short
period of inactivity and send disconnects like it was an unknown
session. The only way I fixed it was to dump the SMC for another
firewall/router.
