Larry,

I use Acronis True Image.  I have an image of the drive and am restoring it
now.  I guess the drive went bad.  Fortunately my image was made yesterday
and an incremental this morning so I should have relatively fresh data.

Tony,

I have been using "Norton Ghost" for many years.

Just make an image to the new drive.

If the first drive fails, move it to No. 1 and put another drive in 
then"Ghost" it.

The hardest part is running down to the local parts emporium for a new 
drive.
