[Dxspider-support] Telnet connection info sent to user

Hi

I have just noticed that when a telnet connection was made a logon message
was sent to the user but this no longer happens.

I have checked in the scripts folder and the issue text file is still their 
I have tried deleting it and recreating it but still it won't work.

Have I missed something with all the updating going on?
