A PC92 storm has sprung up at around 00:00Z over the last couple of
days. I don't quite understand why, having looked at the code, this has
never happened before. However it HAS been fixed and, sadly, it means
another update for everybody.

There is another problem, in that someone is corrupting PC92 sentences
so that, for example we are getting:-

PC92^ED7ZAB-51^78295^A^5VE7CC-1^1HR2DMR^H72^
PC92^ED7ZAB-55^78366^D^4EA4URE-5^1EA4MA^H74^
PC92^ED7ZAB-1^78311^D^5VE7CC-1^7IK1HJS-6^H79^

instead of ED7ZAB-5 coming through.

Dirk
