The 3rd column is a perl regular expression. But if all you want to do 
is send everything to K7SDX, then all you need is:-

'B', 'T', '^.*$', 'F' [ qw(K7SDX) ],

As you add nodes you want to forward to, so you add callsigns to the 
qw() list, as in the larger example.
