[Dxspider-support] propagation graphics

Hi all...

Based on the spots from LU9DA-6, I write a llitle program in perl, for graphic representation of propagation in last hour, refreshed every 10 minutes.

The output is available in http://lu9da.dyndns.org under "see the propagation graphics"
