[Dxspider-support] Default Debug Logging

Hi Bill

Maybe not the right way to do things but I have set the node defaults by
setting the things I want by adding the to the start-up script in the
scripts DIR

Hello DXSpider group,

Is there a way of changing the default debug logging?

I can use unset/debug for each of the levels (chan state msg cron 
connect), but after a restart the node defaults to all levels.  I've 
searched the messages and manuals and can't find the answer.
