[Dxspider-support] set user to read only

Grazie a tutti i due, ma non voglio attivare la registrazione, soltanto 
voglio poter fare che un unico user sia read-only.

Quello della registrazione non tanto mi piace, vorrei lasciare cosi' com'e' 
e bloccare usuari a mia scelta...
