[Dxspider-support] no qrz.com

Some people have the same issue with logging software using qrz.com.
At http://forums.qrz.com/showthread.php?t=185694 you can read Fred's comment
on this issue.
The website changed and he expects any software to use the xml-interface
instead of the html-page.
