[Dxspider-support] Patch for Webcluster-Interface

Hi, Hans

Wath  think you about  other parameter, for filter the spots on band?

For example, "webcluster 15 3.5" showing  15 rows of spots on 80 meter or 
"webcluster 20 14" showing  20 rows, 20 meter?

If no parameter passed, all bands are show, at the default number of rows.
