[Dxspider-support] First public version of slogan released

Hi,

first thank you for tryingh it and for the feedback.

The first line of slogan defines where to look for the Python interpreter:

#! /usr/bin/python

Most probably Python is not in /usr/bin/ this is why you have to run it 
explicitely. If this is the case, make a symlink in /usr/bin pointing to 
where python is. Do not advice to change the first line of slogan but of 
cource it can help and you are free to modify it :)

Both geoip.py and ip-tp-country.csv must be in the same directory where 
slogan is with proper access rights.
