[Dxspider-support] Solgan

[Henk Remijn PA5KT]

I installed the activeperl distribution. Python 2.5.2.

Renamed slogan to slogan.py (because windows doesnt understrand the #! 
/usrb/bin/python stuff) and I can start slogan.py. It works as expected.
