Hi!

Talk appears to be broken. At least here it does not work properly.

'Talk mode is used to send a one line comment or greeting to a specific
user connected either at your node or another in the network.'

The single line talks seems not to be working. At least here (db0spc-7)
it does not.
Perhaps somebody else could try the talk feature within their own node
and also to some user connected to a remote DXSpider node.
