[Dxspider-support] slogan 1.2 reelased

Works fine under Windows xp here
The only thing is that I have to type the path to the logfile.

maybe you should tell in the readme file for windows that <log file> means 
the correct path to the actual log file. (At first I simply did python 
slogan <log file> and this generated mistake hi)

new 1.2 version of slogan, the Spider LOG ANalyzer is released. Changes:

- added compatibility with older Python versions, now works with 2.2.x,
2.3.x, 2.4.x and 2.5.x
- increased tolerancy against corrupred log files
- description how to run on Windows added
- ip-to-country database updated
