[Dxspider-support] New country files for DX Cluster - 24 March 2008

I just did a quick update of the country files that DX Clusters use:

     http://www.country-files.com/cty/

ZM80WB is New Zealand, ZL, not Kermadec, ZL8.

Only these three files were updated:

     arrl.cty   (AR-Cluster)
     cty.dat    (DX Spider)
     wl_cty.dat (CC Cluster)

Please update your nodes as soon as possible.
