[Dxspider-support] Autostarting DXSpider in Ubuntu 8

[DX Cluster]

I'm just about finished the upgraded to Spider and I just need to get it
    to autostart.  Inittab doesn't work on Ubuntu.
    I've googled for the solution, and got a few ideas, but what exactly
    have other done and at what run level?
