[Dxspider-support] K7A et al

To explain a bit further, CTY.DAT (the country file used by DX Spider) now has
a notation to distinguish between prefixes (like K7) and callsigns (like K7A).
Otherwise, adding K7A (upcoming Alaska operation) to the country file would
cause all K7A*** callsigns to be tagged as Alaska.

This country file change will be propagated to logging software as well, I'm
waiting for one more author to get on the bandwagon before a full release.

Thanks to Dirk for making such a speedy change!
