I just install DX-Spider with ActivePerl-5.8.8.MSWin32-x86-287188.msi  I was able to find everything that was need on the net. I can send you the files if you like or the sites I used.
I seem to be work good.
I did need some help from the group but it is working. I found the group member very helpful and if I can help you I will. Just let me know.
