[Dxspider-support] Latest usdbraw.gz now available

File is available at http://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz or
ftp://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz.

The automated script didn't run but I think it is fixed now. The FCC
database gets built every Sunday shortly after midnight EST so I set the
cron task to run every Sunday at 5:15 local (EST). This means the file
should be available every Sunday at 5:30 AM EST (10:30Z).

Let me know of any issues.
