[Dxspider-support] spots .dat file format

Hi,

there are two fields in the saved spot dat file which are unclear for 
me, just before the originating node, 85 85 in the below example:

7111.0^IZ5GST/P^1251620820^DCI-SI101^IW2NXI^85^85^N0VD-7^28^15^28^15^^

Also, last field is empte. What is it for?
