1. Logger32 is a user application. The user chooses to pay for the xml
subscription.
2. I use the browser interface of qrz.com a lot, but I dont need the
dxcluster to start my browser, I can do that myself.
Speaking of... How do you open a browser from a telnet session?
So we need a system which checks if the user in the cluster paid for the
subscription. If so they get the xml interface otherwise it tells them
to open a browser and type in the call themselves?
