There is not a particular reason: looking this new command with the sysop's 
eyes, the sysop has now the ability to show the motd file (message), but he 
hasn't the same ability to show the motd_nor file (message). So, if possible 
to add the "show/motd_nor" commad, we have a symmetric view with all the two 
files...
