[Dxspider-support] Problem with DX-Spider & BPQ

I followed the instruction I found :
I am receiving the following error:

PI/Type.pm line 216.
 at C:/Perl/lib/Win32/API/Type.pm line 216
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at C:/Perl/lib/Win32/A
PI/Type.pm line 216.
 at C:/Perl/lib/Win32/API/Type.pm line 216
DUFF Line on UN.KNOWN: A|ax25
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at C:/Perl/lib/Win32/A

This is what I did

cd \
ppm install Win32-api

I then copied 

copy c:\spider\perl\BPQConnect.pm
c:\spider\local\BPQConnect.pm

In the ..\local folder  I edited BPQConnect.pm. 

$enable = 1 
$Applmask = 4 
$BPQStreams = 10

Can anyone tell me how to correct this.
